Inside the bungalow is essentially a one room living space with off-set kitchen and bathroom. There is a king bed facing a living room with a three-person couch, chair and coffee table; and a dining table that seats three. At the far end of the room is a chest of drawers with a TV, satellite receiver and boom-box/CD/MP3 player on top. An air conditioner is built-in high on the wall just to the side of the front door.

The kitchen is off to the side of the main living space separated by a tiled counter that's convenient for preparing food and serving meals to the dining area. Off the end of the kitchen is a marble tiled bathroom with sink and shower. Another door off the end of the kitchen leads to an exterior garden area with a barbecue grill, table with umbrella, chairs and a hammock.
